The Christian Mennonite Conference currently supports several individuals, couples, and families serving across Canada and around the world.

The Missions Board sends out missionaries on behalf of conference churches, administer their financial support, and provide updates on what is happening in the mission fields. The Board also administers financial support to short term mission workers, including Bible Camp workers.

Supporting Missions

The majority of the Mission funds are received through the regular contributions of conference members, but individuals and organizations are welcome to partner with us in furthering Christ’s kingdom. If you wish to make a special donation to a certain missionary or to general missions, please click here for more information.  Tax receipts are available for your donations.

Whether or not you are able to give financially, please uphold our missionaries in prayer.

Applying for Missions

Full Time Missionaries
If you feel God leading you towards a full-time position in the mission field, please discuss your intentions first with your pastor and/or local church’s missions committee. Afterwards, contact the Executive Secretary by email, in person, or in writing.

Short Term Missions
If you wishing to serve the Lord on a short term missions trip (less than one year), please discuss your intentions with your pastor and/or local church’s mission committee before applying.

Summer Camp Workers
Those who are serving six or more weeks at a Bible camp this coming summer may apply for financial support. Such applications must be received by the end of May (before camp).
